Emergency 211-Style Access Point

For an AUXCOMM / Community Emergency Network to be useful during degraded or overwhelmed Cellular, Public Safety, Land Line, or Internet connectivity, there must be a careful and controlled ability to screen and interface ad hoc emergency radio communications and then responsibly connect those in need of help to limited resources.

The Emergency 211-Style Access Point is the component of an activated Emergency Operations Center that is used to accomplish that purpose.
